Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Thrift Fest! This event will be marketed extensively with event posters around the SF Bay Area as well as social media and through the Alameda County Fairgrounds. We are looking to reach an enthusiastic and diverse community and excited to bring a wider audience to participating vendors!

Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Please allow some time for us to review all applicants. Applicants who can provide a current sellers permit # will be prioritized.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the event that we must cancel or reschedule an event, your payment will be promptly credited to a different upcoming event of your choice. No refunds will be given.

By participating in this event, vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Thrift Fest LLC and Alameda County Agricultural Fair Association, its affiliates, employees, and volunteers from any liability, damages, claims, or expenses arising out of their participation, including property damage, personal injury, or other losses before, during or after the event.

Photography and Recording: Please be aware that event staff may record vendors for marketing and promotional purposes. Your attendance constitutes acceptance and release of your image for such purposes, except where prohibited by law.

NO refunds after Saturday September 6, 2025. Credit will be given towards a future event if you cancel after this date.
