Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Thrift Fest! This event will be marketed extensively with event posters around the SF Bay Area as well as social media and through the Alameda County Fairgrounds. We are looking to reach an enthusiastic and diverse community and excited to bring a wider audience to participating vendors!

Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Please allow some time for us to review all applicants. No refunds will be issued after November 15, 2024

Thrift Fest (Staff and Promoters) and Alameda County Fairgrounds are not responsible or liable for merchandise left unattended before, during or after the event has taken place.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the event that we must cancel or reschedule an event, your payment will be promptly credited to a different upcoming event of your choice. No refunds will be given.

Photography and Recording: Please be aware that event staff may record vendors for marketing and promotional purposes. Your attendance constitutes acceptance and release of your image for such purposes, except where prohibited by law.
