3. Vendor Applications & Participation

Application Process

Vendor participation is curated. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Vendor Fees & Payments

Approved vendors will receive a private Stripe payment link to secure their booth.
Vendor payments are not processed on our website.
Vendor fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  • Arrive on time and follow all setup/breakdown instructions
  • Comply with venue rules, safety guidelines, and local laws
  • Maintain a clean and safe booth
  • Sell only the products described in their application unless approved

We may remove any vendor who violates these Terms or disrupts the Event.

4. Tickets & Admission

Ticket Purchases

Tickets are sold through our venue partner’s website.
All ticket purchases are subject to the venue partner’s terms, conditions, and refund policies.

Entry Conditions

Entry may be denied or revoked for:

• Unsafe or disruptive behavior
• Violation of venue rules
• Failure to comply with staff instructions

No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.

5. Conduct & Safety

Code of Conduct

All attendees and vendors must behave respectfully toward others. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

Prohibited Items

The venue may restrict certain items, including weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials.
We follow all venue and local regulations.

6. Photography, Media & Promotion

Event Photography

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify our staff at the event.

Vendor Media Use

Vendors may be photographed as part of event coverage.
We do not use vendor images to endorse products without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

Website Content

All content on the Thrift Fest website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by Thrift Fest or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written consent.

Vendor Intellectual Property

Vendors retain ownership of their products, branding, and creative materials.
By participating, vendors grant us permission to use photos of their booth or products for event promotion.

8. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Event Attendance

Attending the Event is voluntary and at your own risk.
We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damage to vendor property
  • Weather‑related disruptions

Vendor Liability

Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and compliance with applicable laws.
We are not liable for vendor losses, damages, or disputes.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Event Changes

We may modify event hours, layout, or programming as needed.
If the Event is postponed or canceled, we will provide updates on our website and social channels.

Vendor Refunds

Vendor fees are non‑refundable unless the event is fully canceled by us.
If the venue or city requires cancellation, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.
