Vendors
If you are a vendor and are interested in Participating at thrift fest please read the information below and fill out the vendor application to apply!
* Vendor Application does not guarantee a spot *
Vendor Booths
- Vendors can share a booth. Please include  information for both vendors when filling out this form.
- NO Canopy Tents and/or Tent Frames will be allowed in the building or your set up.
- Vendors are responsible for bringing their own set up equipment, clothing racks, tables, chairs, signage, etc.
- Power is NOT provided on site
- Information on event set up and time will be sent to you 2 weeks BEFORE the event upon approval.
- Vendor applications will be open until  booths are SOLD OUT.
- All communication with approved vendors will be through email. Please make sure your email is correct on application. Please also check your JUNK or SPAM mail for emails.
- Once you are selected as a vendor, your vendor fee must be paid within 48 hours to avoid losing your spot to someone on our waitlist.
*VENDOR FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE

Only the selected vendors will be contacted, if you are not contacted you will be put on our waitlist.

This event will be marketed extensively with event posters around the SF Bay Area as well as social media and through the Alameda County Fairgrounds. We are looking to reach an enthusiastic and diverse community and excited to bring a wider audience to participating vendors!
